ABSTRACT
The aim of the literature review was the problem of psychiatric complications or intensive chemo- and radiotherapy, which were used in childhood. These days most children who suffer from acute leukaemia are Successfully treated. Most studies indicate cognitive dysfunctions, anxiety and mood disorders. These days a new scheme of chemo- and radiotherapy should be introduced, which should consider the mental state of the patients.
